We never process, hold, or move your customers' funds
Horizone is operations software. All deposits, withdrawals, transfers, fees, sales and payments are recorded in your workspace, but the actual movement of money happens through your own regulated bank or mobile money provider.
Subscription payments for Horizone are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles checkout, tax, invoicing, customer service inquiries and returns on our behalf.
